This website is operated by The Cat Tote™. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to The Cat Tote. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. ARTISAN PRODUCTION & MADE-TO-ORDER NATURE
All The Cat Tote bags are hand-finished in small batches. Each piece requires a dedicated production timeline that includes hand-stitching, ornate detailing, quality inspection, and protective packaging. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that they are buying a hand-crafted artisan item, not a mass-produced stock product.
2. ESTIMATED TIMELINES & FULFILLMENT EXPECTATIONS
- Order Processing & Confirmation: 2–4 business days.
- Hand-Finishing & Quality Inspection: Up to 7–10 business days.
- International Shipping & Logistics: 7–14 business days.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to a total delivery window of up to 25–35 business days. A delay within this window is a standard part of our artisan process and does not constitute a breach of contract or a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.
3. VISUAL REPRESENTATIONS
We use high-quality photography to showcase our bags. Because each piece is hand-finished, the final physical product will have slight, natural variations in leather tone, stitching, and tarot card print intensity. These variations are part of the handmade craft.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are permitted only within the first 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, the order enters production and cannot be canceled. Customers must then follow our Refund Policy.
5. RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including errors in pricing or extreme logistical costs. In such cases, a full refund is issued to the original payment method.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For most major destinations taxes are included at checkout. Any unforeseen local customs charges, import duties, or handling fees imposed by local authorities remain the recipient's responsibility as importer of record.
7. PRODUCT USE & CARE
The Cat Tote bags are vegan PU leather. Wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid prolonged sun, harsh chemicals, soaking, and machine washing. Store in the included dust bag when not in use.
8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia, State of New South Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New South Wales.
