At The Cat Tote we hand-finish every bag in small batches. Each order undergoes a dedicated production process to ensure quality and durability. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following timelines.
1. ARTISAN PRODUCTION PROCESS
- Order Processing & Confirmation: 2–4 business days.
- Hand-Finishing & Quality Inspection: Up to 7–10 business days. Each bag is hand-inspected for stitching, print fidelity, and hardware before shipping.
- Packaging: 1–2 business days. Each bag ships in its custom The Cat Tote dust bag inside protective biodegradable packaging.
2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMELINES
- International Shipping & Transit: 7–14 business days.
- Total estimated delivery window: 25–35 business days from order to delivery.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an automated email with your tracking number only after quality inspection is complete and the package is dispatched. Tracking may show "Label Created" for several days while the package clears international customs.
4. DELAYS AND HIGH DEMAND
The Cat Tote is a small artisan brand. During high-demand periods or global logistical congestion, timelines may be slightly extended. Delays within the 35-business-day window are standard.
5. SHIPPING ACCURACY
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or packages marked "Delivered" that are lost or stolen from the delivery location.
6. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For most major destinations taxes are included at checkout. The recipient is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for any unforeseen local customs fees or handling charges.
7. BREAKAGE IN TRANSIT
If your bag arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy for the photo-evidence claim protocol. Replacements ship within 5 business days of an approved claim.
